AN unplanned power cut has left Hatfield Peverel residents with no electricity this morning.
Homeowners from CM3 2 area experienced a power cut due to a fault on a piece of electrical equipment.

UK Power Networks, whose engineers are currently trying to fix the issue, hope the power should be restored by 11am.
A spokesman from UK Power Network said: "We've had to turn off power in your area so our engineers can safely carry out emergency repairs to the network.
"The information on our website is live and up-to-date. This is the same information that our call advisors give customers over the phone.
