Witham Town manager Danny Greaves says his side have nothing to fear from tonight’s FA Cup preliminary round replay at Ilford.
Town played out a goal-less draw with the Ryman League division one north side at the Spicer McColl Stadium, Spa Road last Saturday, meaning a replay tonight.
Witham, of the Essex Senior League, will head into the tie as underdogs but boss Greaves insists his young players have nothing to be scared of.
Greaves said: “It won’t faze us going there tonight.
“If I were their manager, I’d be thinking that they’d dodged a bullet by drawing the original tie.
“But they know it will be a tough game for them tonight.
“It should be a cracking cup-tie and there has to be a winner, whether it is decided at full-time, after extra-time or on penalties."
