Witham Town will hope to put a dent in Burnham Ramblers’ title hopes tomorrow.
Danny Greaves’ in-form side take on the league leaders, with their own promotion hopes on the agenda.
Witham head into the important clash unbeaten in eight matches, in the Essex Senior League.
Greaves said: “It’s a big game for us.
“But it’s a bigger game for them, because they’re top of the league.
“Win, lose or draw, we can’t win the league tomorrow.
“All we can do is get three points and that’s what we’ll be trying to do.
“If we win it brings them closer to us in the table but if they win, they pull further away.
“We’ve been on a good run and we’re looking to get another good result.”
Witham could hand a debut to versatile Paul Harris tomorrow.
Harris is available after signing for Town, following his return from Australia.
“Paul has been playing football in Perth to a decent standard,” said Greaves.
“He can play in central defence, central midfield or centre forward, so he gives us lots of options.”
