WITHAM Town are giving supporters the option to trade their 2020-21 season tickets in free of charge – in exchange for a Simarco Stadium pass for the next campaign.

With the Pitching In Isthmian League announcing that the current season will be curtailed, the division one north club have made a decision with regard to this year’s season tickets.

They are giving season-ticket holders the option to trade their existing season ticket for the current campaign in for a 2021-22 season ticket, free of charge.

Supporters also have the chance to return their 2020-21 season ticket with no refund, thus giving vital funds back to the club.

n Coggeshall Town’s owner-manager Graeme Smith has received more than 60 get well messages from the footballing community in Essex.

Smith, who was admitted to hospital after collapsing at home last week, was described as being a “stable” condition by his co-owner and TV star Ollie Murs.

Murs said: “Regrettably, we are able to confirm the news that Graeme Smith was taken to hospital on Friday after collapsing at home.

“Graeme is stable, however, the forthcoming weeks are critical in his recovery. So we ask you to respect his family at this difficult time.

“Coggeshall’s players, staff and fans all send him our get well wishes.”
