BILLERICAY Town and Concord Rangers have been handed home draws as they enter the FA Trophy in the third qualifying round.

The draw was made at Wembley Stadium today, with National League South sides coming into the competition for the first time this season.

There will be a total of 40 ties at the next stage, with Billericay and Concord being involved.

Billericay will welcome National League South rivals Hampton & Richmond Borough to New Lodge.

Hampton are currently 15th in the standings and just one point adrift of 11th-placed Billericay.

The two sides have already met this term, with the National League South clash ending in a 1-1 draw at the Beveree Stadium.

Concord, meanwhile, will do battle with Slough Town at the Aspect Arena.

Both sides ply their trade in the second tier of non-league football and, following a shaky start to the season, Slough are third in the National League South standings.

Slough have suffered just one league defeat since losing 2-1 at Concord in August.

Winning clubs at this stage will pick up £3,750 from the competition’s prize fund, while the defeated sides will pocket £1,250.

The ties are set to take place on Saturday, November 23.
