STUDENTS from Cornelius Vermuyden School, on Canvey, enjoyed a visit to Cambridge University as part of their French studies.
The Year Nine students were given the free opportunity to spend the day at Magdalene College at the prestigious university.
It saw students from different schools consider the importance of language skills to their future academic and personal progress and have taster sessions in Mandarin and Portuguese.
