THREE stolen vehicles have been recovered by police following the execution of a warrant in Chadwell St Mary.

The warrant was carried out at an address in Sandy Lane around 6.45am today (Saturday, January 19).

Three vehicles, believed to have been stolen in the last few days, and jamming equipment were recovered.

No one has been arrested yet but our enquiries are ongoing.

Inspector Paul Austin said: “These vehicles were stolen and it appears as if they were in the process of being stripped down.

“Tackling this issue around Thurrock is really important to us so this is a really good result.

“We’ll continue to work to bring those responsible to justice.”
