Police are investigating after a woman was assaulted whilst walking her dog.
The woman was reportedly approached by a man in Woodhouse Lane, Kelvedon at 10am on May 20 who spoke to her before punching her.
The man has been described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, in his 30s or 40s, with dark hair and wearing a dark-coloured jacket and light blue jeans.
Essex Police are asking anyone who saw anything or may have CCTV, dash cam or door bell footage to contact them.
