A MILKSHAKE company is helping to fuel key workers in the coronavirus pandemic.

Shaken Udder, based in Tiptree, has delivered around 15,000 bottle of milkshakes to key workers across the county.

They have delivered to hospitals, hospices, fire stations, schools, care homes and police stations as far afield as Devon.

Co-founder, Andrew Howie said: “As a business, we wanted to try and do our bit to thank all the amazing people who are doing so much to keep this country safe and taking care of people’s health at such a difficult time.

“We also wanted to make a sizeable donation to Fairshare, which is crying out for supplies for the food banks who are producing food parcels for so many people at this difficult time.”

Many of the donations have gone out locally including to staff working at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, St Helena’s Hospice in Colchester, Ipswich Hospital, Basildon A&E and Colchester Hospital.
