A popular military and vintage show is returning to Cressing Temple Barns with two celebrity guests.

Temple at War is opening the Military re-enactment season as they return for the sixth year in a row.

This year the show will welcome Officer Crabtree, Arthur Bostrum from BBC comedy 'Allo, Allo!' and Corporal Nauyokas, star of ITV's real life drama 'Bad Lads Army'.

Both guests will be there across the weekend to entertain the crowds.

Since opening its doors in 2015, Temple At War has rapidly gained a reputation for high quality re-enactment which is known throughout Europe.

On approach to the 75th Commemorative Anniversary of Victory in Europe, Temple at War will showcase the best and largest living history gathering in the UK.

The day will also feature a gathering of military vehicles and 1940's entertainment.

Event organiser Glenn Caton said: "The re-enactors love nothing more than passing on their knowledge and experience.

"Don't be afraid to get involved, it really is the best atmosphere for young and old alike to enjoy.

"We are a family run event which is proud to put on a high quality show at a great ticket price."

The event takes place on Saturday, 16 May from 9am until 5pm and Sunday, 17 May from 10am until 4pm.
