A BUS driver has been cleared of a number of sexual assault charges.
Shaun De’Ath, 55, denied indecently assaulting two teenage girls across two separate spells between 1998 and 1999, and 2005 and 2006.
De'Ath, of Albrighton Croft, Colchester, was standing trial at Chelmsford Crown Court.
On Wednesday he was cleared of four counts of indecent assault and seven counts of sexual activity with a child.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed he had been acquitted.
