Nearly 200 brave souls took part in the latest Witham Colour Run event.
Runners and crowds descended on the rugby club in Spa Road on Saturday for a day of fun.
Organisers say more 100kg of paint was used, 1,000 water bombs were thrown and supersoakers came in handy for adding some extra colour to the participants.
It was the third time the popular event had been held with those running the two, five and ten kilometre courses all taking part for various charities.
Afterwards, the rugby club also had a ten-a-side tournament to say farewell to departing president Nick Redfern, which was well attended.
Inflatables, face painting, glitter tattoos and food and drink were also on offer at the fun day.
