A MAN was rushed to hospital after he suffered burns at a property in Witham.
Paramedics were called out to Church Street around 3.10pm on Sunday following reports a man had been injured.
Residents in the area also reported seeing the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance land.
The East of England Ambulance Service has confirmed a man had suffered burns and was taken to Broomfield Hospital.
Firefighters were also called out to the scene but the fire service says it was found to be a false alarm.
