A popular barber shop has helped raised more than £1,000 to help a vital charity which helps treat cancer patients.
Mr Barbers, in Braintree High Street, celebrated the launch of its new premises with a special open day on Saturday.
The business has moved next door to a much larger building due to its increasing popularity and rise in customer numbers.
Staff and clients came were able to raise a grand total of £1,060 through donations, with all the cash going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
A spokesman for Mr Barber said: “Thank you to everyone who came and donated to such a fantastic cause.”
