Onngoing Works around Ipswich Road, Colchester..Closed Lower Ipswich Road.
With all the issues with the timeframe it is going to take to finish the Ipswich Road roadworks, it would be interesting to know how many people would be happy with the cost and disruption if the works were to become 24 hours a day seven days a week, including working over Christmas and New Year.
How do you measure the disruption to households who have the sounds of roadworks outside their house at 2am to the disruption of someone having to take longer to get where they are going?
Which other project would people cut to pay for the extra cost for 24/7 budget?
