Colchester trains affected after person is hit by a train
SOME train lines are blocked this morning after someone was hit by a train.
Emergency services are in Stowmarket and delays are expected until 10am.
The Greater Anglia service is suspended between Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds and between Stowmarket and Diss Train services are affected on the following routes:
Ipswich to Norwich
Ipswich to Cambridge
Ipswich to Peterborough
A limited rail service will operate between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge, Stowmarket and Ipswich and between Norwich and Diss.
Greater Anglia said: "Customers are asked to postpone their journeys between Ipswich and Norwich, Ipswich and Cambridge and Ipswich and Peterborough until 9am."
