Investigations are being carried out into the cause of a lorry fire.
Four fire engines were sent to put out the blaze on the A120 in Braintree just after 5am this morning.
It was dealt with by 6am. No-one was hurt.
Essex County Council’s traffic control centre said one lane on the east bound carriageway was closed between the B1256 and the Panners roundabout.
