A series of craft activities are taking part at a garden centre in Braintree this half term.

Children are invited to attend throughout the week at Wyevale Garden Centre, in Cressing Road, for a range of fun-filled activities.

On Monday, youngsters can get stuck in making a cosy bird box for their garden.

Tuesday will give children the chance to plant their own terrarium to take home.

On Wednesday, staff at the centre will be showing children how to grow a mini garden at home.

Thursday will give youngsters the chance to decorate a flower pot, plant marker and growing a flower.

Lastly will be a demonstration of how to make your own bird feeder platforms at home.

All of the sessions cost £2.50 per child and should be booked in advance.
