A COUNSELLOR and therapeutic coach has published her first book, which aims to provide readers with daily tips for health and wellbeing.

Eve Menezes Cunningham, 41, launched 365 Days to Feel Better: Self-Care Ideas for Embodied Well-Being at London’s Coliseum last month.

Ms Menezes Cunningham also invited residents to a signing evening at Cabello Hair and Beauty, in Witham, last Friday night.

She said: “The book is a way to share things that readers can do themselves. People can dip in and out or read through.

“There are 366 days, with an extra day for leap years, and it brings together my top tips and includes yoga, crystal therapy, counselling and coaching.”

Ms Menezes Cunningham, who runs her practice the Feel Better Every Day Consultancy, in Newland Street, worked in publishing and as a journalist before training as a crystal therapist due to undiagnosed endometriosis.

She has also trained as journalist, a coach and a yoga instructor, teaching individuals and small groups at her practice and in Benton Hall Golf and Country Club.

Ms Menezes Cunningham said: “The signing at Cabello with Kat Berale, my hairdresser and the director, was lovely.

“I had a launch at the London Coliseum, but Witham doesn’t have a bookshop so I wanted to do one locally for people.”
