After being delayed because of wet weather conditions this summer, the Great Maze at Blake House Craft Centre will open this weekend.
The maze was originally due to open on August 4, but it is now in a good enough condition to welcome visitors.
A spokesman for the craft centre said: “The maze is now up to about waist height, so we have decided to open.
“It still needs more sunshine though to make it grow to it's full height, so we recommend if you are planning a visit, then it will be higher at the end of August and early September.”
Entry to the maze is £4.50 for adults, £2.50 for children aged 14 and under, and £3.50 for seniors.
Blake House Craft Centre is open from 10am to 4.30pm seven days a week.
