Residents at three sheltered housing schemes are to get new-look rooms.
Greenfields Community Housing will be transforming their bedsits into self-contained flats, giving them individual kitchens and bathrooms for the first time.
The work will be carried out at Beaumont House in Coggeshall, Harold Sims House in Earls Colne and Nash Court in Halstead.
Makeovers have already been carried out at Gladys Malpass House in Halstead and Norah Guilder House in Hatfield Peverel.
