A BMX open day will celebrate a year to the Olympic Games.
Riders of all abilities are invited to the Braintree Bullets BMX Club off Panfield Lane tomorrow.
The club will be open to all from 10am -11am.
This will be followed by a 11.30am-1.30pm slot for club experts and a 2pm-3pm slot for novices.
Intermediates can test the humps and berms from 3.15pm-5.15pm.
Please bring a bike, helmet, gloves, a long sleeve top, trousers, knee and elbow pads.
There will be plenty of information regarding BMX, including how to get started and the equipment needed.
Club members and coaches will be on hand to speak to visitors.
Refreshments will be available from the tuck shop.
