Disability should never be a barrier to having a good time and enjoying life.
And that is the message that Out and About (OAA) is trying to get out.
The charity has operated in Suffolk for about 24 years and was brought to Essex in January last year with funding from Essex County Council.
It supports children and young adults aged from five to 25.
