A young army cadet met Prince Harry and travelled to South Africa to volunteer for his charity.
Charlotte Hutchinson, 16, took part in a three week expedition to Lesotho to help vulnerable children in the country, as part of the celebrations to mark the 150th anniversary of the cadet force.
She was one of just three Essex cadets to be chosen for the team of 60 volunteers to help with Prince Harry’s charity, Sentebale.
He came to meet the cadets as they undertook acclimatisation training for the project, which involved fitness tests and talks about the projects.
