A grieving family have raised over £1,000 in memory of a young mother.
Tara Hull, 37, died of brain cancer on May 22, leaving behind her husband Jim and their children Thomas, six, and Lucy, three.
The family, along with relatives and friends, have since raised £1,245 for Farleigh Hospice, which cared for the Cressing mother during her final weeks.
Mr Hull, of Claud Ince Avenue, Cressing, said staff had also given him advice and support, both during his wife’s illness and since her death.
“They pointed me in the right direction, which is what I needed.
“It makes you feel like you’re not by yourself, you’re not fighting it all by yourself,” said the 37-year-old.
