ORGANISATIONS across Essex are being invited to access a free e-learning course.

‘Belonging in Action’ was developed by Sport for Confidence in partnership with Active Essex, and focuses on building inclusivity.

The 90-minute training course moves beyond theory, providing practical tools which organisations can use immediately to foster inclusion in their operations.

Key focus areas include applying these practical tools during sessions, programmes, and within different environments, making small but meaningful changes, and building confidence in creating spaces where all individuals feel they belong.

The course is specifically designed for delivery in sport, physical activity, arts, education, health and community organisations.

A spokesperson said: "Any organisation delivering movement‑based activity will find the course accessible, relevant, and grounded in everyday delivery."

Free access to the ‘Belonging in Action’ e-learning package is available to Essex-based organisations.

Interested organisations are required to fill out a brief registration form which takes two to three minutes.

This information will be used to help shape future support based on need and experience.

Early access opportunities are currently available, with wider access planned as the programme continues to grow.

Organisations interested in signing up to the course can register their interest at forms.monday.com/forms/a882c056fef9a90fd7da2b1eb57f30f3?r=euc1.
