Maldon and Tiptree FC has confirmed their upcoming behind the scenes documentary series is due to be delayed.

The series will give viewers a look inside life at the club since the takeover by the Drewitt-Barlow foundation which was announced in February.

Episode one of the series entitled The Jammers was due to premiere on Boxing Day with the club showing the big transformations on and off the pitch.

However in a post on the Maldon and Tiptree FC X page, they said: "We recognise our recent silence across social platforms.

"Maldon & Tiptree FC Limited can confirm that the planned release of We Are The Jammers on Jammers TV has been deferred, with a revised target now set for 2026.

"This decision has not been taken lightly.

"Further communication will follow from club representatives in the coming days, when it is appropriate to do so."

Since being taken over earlier this year by Aspen and Scott Drewitt-Barlow, Maldon & Tiptree FC have surged up the league table, rebuilt their squad, expanded their business operations, and reignited community excitement.

The documentary also explores the club’s wider mission, citing the rapid expansion of its education programmes and their fundraising campaign for a new 3G pitch.
