A CRASH in Braintree led to a drink driving arrest as police continue to crack down on the issue.
Officers from Braintree attended reports of the collision in Bradford Street on Saturday evening.
On arrival, they found a vehicle which had collided with a parked car and suspected that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
The driver provided a roadside breath test reading of 106, which is more than three times the limit of 35.
The driver was arrested and has since been charged with drink driving.
They will appear in court at a later time.
