A SIBLE Hedingham farm is set to open up its stunning location as a new wedding venue.

Brickwall Farm boasts more than 50 acres of land and its now launching as a picturesque wedding venue.

Owners Robert and Jean Fuller have lived on the farm since 1960 and have been running its holiday cottages service since 1997 with one their four daughters, Zoë.

The farm also has some rare animals such as the Portland sheep and British white cows.

Several buildings are also rented out to small local businesses, and firewood is sourced from the land’s woodland and sold.

The idea to start wedding events at Brickwall Farm came after a family wedding at the farm in August 2022.

The family wanted to diversify the farm’s services in a way that did not have a great impact on the environment.

Barn Field, a part of the farm surrounded by meadows and woodland, has now been transformed into a picturesque wedding and events venue which can cater for up to 140 people.

Two ceremony areas are available, one in the silver birch woodland area, and another called ‘the willow ceremony’.

All receptions take place under tipis in a beautiful area of the land which has been levelled out as part of the transformation work.

Legal ceremonies are not permitted yet, but the venue can be booked for blessings or celebrations.

A rough starting price for day hire, which involves the field, with power and water is £3,500.

It will be available for weekend weddings on Fridays or Saturdays between May and September, with five weddings already booked in for this year.

The venue is holding an open day on May 12 from 11am to 3pm, where couples can see the venue and ceremony areas, meet suppliers and more.

Mr Fuller said: “We love our farm, and are proud and excited to invite couples to visit to enjoy the venue and its natural beauty that has developed over the last 64 years that we have been here.
