A vehicle crash on the A120 has led to a lane being closed on the road.
A vehicle has reportedly crashed on the A120 Eastbound from Dunmow South to the B1256 Dunmow Road Blake End Interchange which has resulted in a lane being temporarily closed.
The incident was first reported by traffic control at 6.10am and it is affecting traffic heading towards Braintree.
It is believed traffic is coping well with the incident.
Essex Police believe no subsequent crash took place during the incident.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “We were called shortly before 5am to reports of debris in the road after a lorry left the carriageway of the A120, between Dunmow and Braintree.
“A single lane closure remains in place while highways colleagues clear the carriageway.”
