A HOUSEBUILDER has won a prestigious industry award for its retirement home in Witham.

Churchill Retirement Living attended last week’s annual WhatHouse? Awards for a glitzy evening among 1,400 industry professionals and ended up taking home the Gold Award in the Best Retirement Home Developer category.

The business took home the win thanks to its Mill Green Lodge property, an energy efficient block of one and two-bedroom retirement apartments, in Ryland Drive, Witham.

The award category looks at a range of factors including the overall commitment and contribution to the promotion and enhancement of retirement living.
