Correction: The East of England Ambulance Service has said a boy was hospitalised following a separate traffic incident in nearby Brewer End
A lorry crash on the A120 did not result in anyone being taken to hospital, the ambulance service has confirmed.
A crash on the westbound side of the carriageway on Tuesday meant the road was closed for an hour and a half, but the East of England Ambulance Service has said nobody was hospitalised.
A separate road traffic collision in Brewers End, Takeley, did see one boy taken to hospital.
Two ambulances, two hazardous area response team vehicles, and Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were called to the area following reports of a road traffic collision.
The boy was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow.
