A BROKEN down vehicle is causing delays on a major road this morning.
The A12 between Junctions 23 and 22 near Rivenhall has one lane blocked London-bound.
This is due to a broken down lorry.
Drivers are experiencing long queues of about eight miles, with queues back past Junction 25 at Marks Tey.
