DRIVERS face diversions when a village road closes next week.
Broad Street Green Road, in Great Totham, is set to shut on October 2 near its junction with Poplar Grove Chase.
The closure is expected to last six days while construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Prince of Wales Road, Kelvedon Road, Maypole Road, Langford Road, Langford Road roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Pond roundabout, Maldon bypass, Fullbridge roundabout, The Causeway, Heybridge Street roundabout, The Street, Colchester Road and vice versa, with access only into Maldon Road and Broad Street Green Road.
