ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses following a number of burglaries.

Officers are looking for witnesses following following a number of business-related burglaries in the Braintree area.

There are three incidents that they are appealing for.

Between February 18 and February 19, two businesses in Jeffreys Road, Cressing were broken into via the front doors.

At one business, a messy search was conducted and £150 stolen from the till - reference 42/43002/22.

At about 9pm on February 19, a business in Manor Street, Braintree was broken not via the back door, a messy search was conducted and £200 was stolen from the till - reference 42/43107/22.

Simlarly, the Police are also appealing for witnesses following a number of business-related burlgalries in the Halstead, Earls Colne and Sible Hedingham areas.

A spokesman for the Police said: "Our enquiries are ongoing, and we need anyone who saw anything or has any CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage to contact us.
