A POET is making a special guest appearance on a podcast to perform a poem written about his father.
East Anglian poet Luke Wright is appearing on the next episode of Greater Anglia’s Life on Rails podcast.
Mr Wright will read a poem written about his father’s daily commute from Kelvedon to Liverpool Street.
The Life on Rails podcast is a behind the scenes glimpse at Greater Anglia, with regular features on new trains and green issues.
On the show, Luke talks about how East Anglia inspires his poetry – including current works in progress.

The show also includes amusing excuses given by ticket-dodgers, Greater Anglia’s sustainability efforts and railcard hacks.
Greater Anglia spokesman Juliette Maxam said: “The podcast is packed with interesting facts about our railway.
