Two quizzed over 'substantial cannabis farm' found in police raid
Police found a "substantial cannabis farm" during a raid in the Basildon borough.
Officers from the Essex Police - Basildon District shared images on social media of the drugs farm found.
Images show a large number of plants and growing equipment in the room set up for the drugs farm.
Essex Police says two people are being quizzed by the officers and an investigation is continuing.
A spokesman for Essex Police - Basildon District said: "Basildon and Laindon Community Policing team conducted a Section 23 Drugs Warrant on the evening of 20 January 2022 whereby a substantial cannabis cultivation was found.
"Two have been arrested the investigation continues."
