The emphasis will firmly be on festive family fun in a choir’s first outing for two years.
Braintree Male Voice Choir’s Christmas concert will be held at St Michael’s House, St Michael’s Church, Braintree, at 2.30pm this Saturday (December 4).
Choir musical director Thomas Duchan said: "We’ve had such fun in rehearsals with lots of familiar songs like Frosty the Snowman, Rockin’ Round the Christmas Tree and Joy to the World that we can’t wait to share them with an audience."
There will also be solo spots by young local singers Jenson and Elliot.
The choir will also be performing at the Rayne Church Christmas Tree Festival on Saturday, December 11.
The choir is always keen to welcome new members.
Anyone interested should call 01376 512582 or check out the choir’s website at sites.google.com/site/thebraintreemalevoicechoir/home.
