MEDICAL EMERGENCY: Numerous ambulances were spotted on Victoria Street, Braintree as the road was shut by police.
A TOWN centre road has now reopened following a medical emergency.
Victoria Street in Braintree is open after it was shut at around 11.20am today (Monday, November 22).
The road was shut due to a medical emergency but reopened at around 12pm.
Witnesses reported seeing numerous ambulances on the scene with an air ambulance also spotted nearby.
Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
