POLICE say they want to speak to a man following a number of harassment incidents.
Essex Police have release a CCTV image of a man they are looking to talk to.
Officers say they want to speak to the man in connection with a stalking and harassment investigation.
It comes after a number of incidents which were reported in Halstead on the High Street.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "If you recognise this man or have any information about who or where he is please contact us.
"If you have any information you can submit a report online at essex.police.uk.
"Please quote the crime reference number 42/230236/21."
