A TRAMPOLINE fitness group has raised hundreds of pounds for charity while burning off the calories.
Bounce is a trampoline-based fitness class which aims to help people shed the pounds.
The Hatfield Peverel group has been in the spotlight after they were able to raise hundreds of pounds for charity.
A charity event, which was led by franchise owner and instructor Shelley Newland, looked to raise awareness of Hatfield Peverel charity Forever Finley.
The charity is in the memory of Finley William Smith, who died in 2018, and provides bereaved parents with hand and feet castings of their babies.
The event consisted of two classes along with a raffle supported by businesses who made donations.
There was also cake and Prosecco at the end of the event to celebrate everyone’s hard work.
Overall, the event managed to raise £450 for the charity.
Shelley said: “I am incredibly happy and proud of how the day went – the reaction and support from the village and local companies was amazing.
“The ladies that took part in the classes worked so hard and we all had such good fun.
“It was lovely to spend time doing something fun, introducing some new people to Bounce, and also raising money and awareness for Forever Finley.”
