A MAN has been fined after he trespassed on the railway line in Colchester.
Adam Fuller was summonsed to Colchester Magistrates' Court to answer a charge of trespassing on the line at Colchester North Station.
He did not attend but the case was found proved in his absence.
Fuller, 29, of Portman Gardens, Barnet, London, was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £85 prosecution costs.
