Residential street to close for replacement works
A residential road is set to close this week for replacement works.
Rifle Hill, Braintree will close on Tuesday (July 27) for one day.
Essex Highways say the closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Hillside Gardens, Notley Road and vice versa. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The road will be closed for approximately 115m east of its junction with Notley Road for a distance approximately 80m in an easterly then south easterly direction.
