A POPULAR footwear retailer has opened in the heart of Braintree.
Shoe Zone welcomed customers to its new store in George Yard Shopping Centre on Friday.
The new store will stock popular brands such as Lotus, Heavenly Feet, Jana Softline, Lunar & Gola.
Chief executive, Anthony Smith, said: “We are very excited to be opening this new store in Braintree.
"The new store will be full of exciting brands for customers to shop.
"This will be our 69th store of this kind to open in the UK, which is a great achievement.”
"We hope that our customers like the new variety of products and we look forward to welcoming them into our new store."
The store is offering up to 50 per cent off selected lines for a limited time following the opening.
