OFFICERS in Braintree are looking to support a dog charity after 37 dogs were seized.

Police found 37 dogs, including seven dead puppies after raiding an address in Feering last week.

A total of 37 dogs were seized, including eight live and seven dead puppies.

The investigation relates to animal welfare and police do not believe the dogs were stolen.

Unfortunately another dog had to be put to sleep at the scene.

All of the surviving dogs have been left in the care of the RSPCA.

Now Braintree police are looking to support the charity with god toys and large collages.

Staff at the station have donated some bits but are asking anyone who wishes to donate to drop anything off at Braintree Police Station.

Due to Covid regulations items must be new.

Following the seizing on 37 dogs by Braintree police last week, we are looking to help support the charity currently...
