SEVERAL parts of the Braintree district have recorded less than ten Covid cases in a week, figures show.

It comes as the Government begin to look at a roadmap out of the third national lockdown.

But Boris Johnson admitted he could not guarantee that this would be the last lockdown.

Speaking at a Downing Street press conference the Prime Minister said: "I can’t give that guarantee, of course not, because we are battling with nature, with a disease that is capable of mutating and changing.

A map shows how each area in the district has been impacted from Covid.

The data can also be compared to show how the number of new cases has changed over different time periods.

The latest figures, which are for the seven days leading up to February 10, show that seven areas have recorded ten or less cases in the last week.

These are - Panfield, Finchingfield & Bardfield, Braintree West & Rayne, Great Notley & Black Notley, Flitch Green, Felsted & High Easter, Coggeshall & Kelvedon, West Witham and North Witham.
