Here are the top tips for tonight's race meet at Chelmsford City Racecourse, courtesy of My Racing:

16.45: Owhatanight got off the mark last time and should be involved, while Eastern Star shaped nicely last time and has shown winning potential in the past. The return of blinkers could be the catalyst for KRAZY PAVING to return to form though and he's preferred in a weak race.

17:15: Day Trader is open to further progress and can go well, while Rogue Force and Case Of The Ex are both newcomers worth a market check. LA TIHATY sets a useful standard though and he looks to have been found a good opportunity to follow up a recent Lingfield success.

17:45: Strawbs did well to win here on her debut and should continue to progress but RAASEL looked promising at two and he's joined a yard which has a history of doing well with similar types.

18:15: Money for Marnie James would be interesting on his stable debut after an absence and he's already got a C&D win on his record. Lord Riddiford and Nigel Nott should give their running but TONE THE BARONE (nap) still has further improvement in him, goes well fresh and is taken to extend his unbeaten C&D record to four.

18:45: A trappy contest with most having something to prove on one count or another. Win Win Power is unexposed and needs plenty of respect now dropping into Class 6 company, while Weloof will go close if managing to break on terms. DUTUGAMUNU has to leave a low-key run last week behind him but his previous Lingfield success was a good performance and he's taken to bounce back to his best.

19:15: Secret Victory will need to better his Kempton form if he's to make a winning handicap debut but given his pedigree and connections that's not out of the question. Amaysmont comes here on the up and is considered but VARIYANN has done well for this yard and he can show the benefit of his recent Southwell run.

19:45: This trip should be more suitable than the extended 1m1f that Starczewski tackled after his absence and he could yet rate higher. The Cincinnati Kid should be happier back on the AW and isn't fully exposed himself but THAI TERRIER might be the answer. He's been knocking at the door this winter and the return to this track and the change of headgear could see him end his run of seconditis.
