AN ASSAULT on a 17-year-old man in Wrexham has sparked a police investigation.
North Wales Police's Wrexham Town team says the incident occurred at about 3.45pm on Saturday, September 26 in the Acton Park area.
It saw a 17-year-old man assaulted by another said to be in his 40s.
Police say they are keen to speak to a man who may have been walking in the area at the time and came to the assistance of the 17-year-old.
He is described as being white, 5'11 of slim build and was wearing a grey baseball cap, grey Nike tracksuit top and bottoms.
PC Oliver Evans said: “Thankfully no-one injured, but we are keen to hear from anyone who may recall seeing the incident.”
