A YOUTUBE star celebrated buying her first home at just 20-years-old.

Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Saffron Barker admitted there was a lot of work to be done on the property.

The Brighton-born vlogger gave her 1.11 million subscribers a sneak preview of the house in a video where she admitted: "It’s a wreck”.

In the video, she outlined plans for a gym and a swimming pool in the overgrown garden.

She said: "I'm going to have to get rid of all these trees, there's so many of them. I might keep one.

"But it's going to look extremely different down here.

"I know it's beautiful, but just not really what I'm going to have."

She then took her camera around the house itself, where walls had been stripped of paint ready for a major renovation.

"It's so weird seeing it like this because it's just going to look so completely different, isn't it," she said to her aunt who accompanied her on the tour.

At one point, Saffron walked around a large room with hardwood flooring which was completely empty aside from a free-standing bath in its centre.

“You've got to have a lot of imagination with this house,” she said.

The Argus:

The video, uploaded earlier this month, has already received more than 468,000 views, with fans keen to see how the house progresses.

One said: "Who else is so excited for all the moving house content?"

Another urged the vlogger to give subscribers a full tour of the house when it had been renovated so they could see the completed transformation.

The Argus:

Saffron currently lives with her family in Woodingdean.

In November last year, The Argus reported that her family home was up for sale, with the house listed on Zoopla for £800,000.

Estate agents Cubitt and West wrote in the property description on Zoopla: “Arguably one of the most impressive and exquisite homes you will find on the market today, this imposing detached home offers an array of features making it one of the most luxurious homes available to buy.

"Set in one of the most sought after roads in the area, this stunning home has been expertly decorated and extended over the years with the current finish one of magnificent quality throughout."

Saffron will now look to create a home of her own, though the exact location of her new house remains unknown
