A MANAGEMENT company is on the lookout for young recruits.

Capable Consultants has created 22 new positions thanks to the Government's new 'Kickstart' initiative which aims to stimulate jobs and career opportunities for people aged 18-24 who are on Universal Credit or are“at risk of long-term unemployment.

Capable Consultants's managing director Kevin Robson says he is looking to give back to his hometown of Braintree by employing youngsters in the area.

He said: "It’s important that we all do what we can to help get the UK economy back on to its feet by adapting to new demands and supporting the government as we all try to pave the way out of this horrific situation.

"With the new recruits help this new scheme will bring skills and hope to a lot of people."

The new recruits will join as management trainees and as well as improving Capable Consultants itself, will be helping a variety of clients in a variety of roles.

Bosses say the management trainees will receive training and development in a fully documented training program where they will 'learn and explore' a host of management skills and disciplines on a weekly basis.

There will also be a diploma for them on completion and 'possibilities' of extended contract or employment.
